Kaleen Street

Charlestown

This three-townhouse development was designed and approved via the newly implemented NSW Government Low Rise Medium Density Housing Guideline. This ensured a quick turnaround and approval for the client via Complying Development Certificate, with just 5 months from engagement to approval.

The overall building mass has been broken up through the use angular roof forms and flat boxed sections, large windows capture the bushland views of the nature reserve opposite, while a different material palette for each townhouse is considered so each townhouse presents to the street with a sense of individuality among the group.
