Judith Avenue

Kotara

This bespoke family home connects to an existing miners cottage. The two-storey modern extension links to the existing building via a delicate glass walkway to take full advantage of the northern sun. The house is perched on the side of a moderate slope, allowing the open plan, ultra modern living spaces to embrace 180 degree southern views.

The crisp form allows articulation through creative materiality using vertical lightweight cladding and highly considered details that compliment the minimalist style.

The interior design utilises natural materials to create a warm family environment that does not compromise on the sleek aesthetic of the overall design.
