The Lockyer street project included an extension to an existing period cottage and a total refresh throughout the interiors. The original home required an extension to the south that would act as a contrasting architectural form rather than replicating the original cottage aesthetic. One of the key drivers in the design was to maximise the light into the southern extension, with double height windows filtering light through the stairwell into the living areas.
New kitchen, bathrooms, updated joinery, finishes and fixtures throughout the home have created a modern, light filled and spacious home for the clients and their dog.
